At Coastal Carolina Plumbing of Washington, we provide a five year warranty on the materials and labor we furnish and install.
We also provide a six year or more warranty (which includes materials and labor) on some models of water heaters we sell and install. Ask us about which one best fits your needs.
We also provide energy saving ways to save water (being Green) using the most energy efficient commodes and faucets including installing recirculation of hot water so when you turn on the hot water, you get it immediately.
Water/Waste and Gas piping . This is often overlooked. Many times you will not have the right pressure needed at fixtures. As a result, most of the time-when one fixture is turned on and then another, they will both have a slower flow of water. On waste and vent piping, using the wrong fittings and piping and many times the grade or fall of the waste piping will cause blockages serving the fixtures installed. This will result in not only inconvenience, but multiple expensive calls for someone to come out and clean the piping.
We also do leak detection. Many companies can’t find the leak nor fix it if they do leaving the owner with a high water and sewer bill (if the owner has off-site treatment ). We can and will find the leak and fix it so that you no longer have a large water/sewer billing (see chart on what water can be lost).
So, be GREEN while saving money. Stop dripping faucets at sinks, tubs, shower valve’s and commodes. Some owners and plumbers try changing out only the washers leaving the old seats still in place. This is only a temporary fix. We change the stem’s seats and trim so that you have a like new valve when finished.
Well pumps and piping. Again, some plumbers say they work on well pumps but often end up not knowing what’s wrong. As a result, they say you need a new pump or, even sometimes say you need a new well. This results in you wasting your money because of their lack of knowledge. Again, we have the right tools and knowledge to repair what the problem or need is.
Permits and inspections. When needed, we get all necessary permits and inspections for you. Don’t let someone tell you that you can get by without one when it's truly needed. It may affect your use now and will certainly be a problem if/when you wish to sell your home in the future.
